Non-Penetrating Roof Mounts
Baird non-penetrating roof mounts are the world's most widely specified commercial antenna mounts — engineered for flat and low-slope rooftops, ground sites, and any installation where drilling or anchoring is not an option. Available in base footprints from 34"×40" to 24'×24', mast diameters from 1.9" to 10.75" OD, and antenna capacities from compact 1.0m dishes up to 5-meter satellite systems.
Baird Non Penetrating Roof Mounts - Secure Mounting For Roof Or Ground Installations
Non penetrating roof mounts are designed to provide a stable mounting platform without puncturing the roof surface of the structure. They are often also used in ground mounting situations where mounting in-ground is cost or logistically prohibitive.
Non penetrating mounts are secured with concrete blocks or other ballast material to prevent overturning or sliding. The amount of ballast required is determined by the site specific variables like location, exposure and roof height.
Discover the global leader in commercial quality mounting solutions that protect your roof's integrity while securing your equipment in the most extreme conditions.
Designed for Durability and Strength
Each mount undergoes a galvanization process after fabrication to ensure superior durability and resistance against the elements.
Universal Compatibility
Whether you're mounting a satellite antenna, camera, wireless system, or other types of equipment, our mounts are designed to support all brands and sizes.
Non-Penetrating Design
Ideal for both roof and ground installations, our mounts maintain the integrity of your surface by avoiding any anchoring to the structure. A rubber roof pad is provided in the mount package. You place the roof pad down on the roof and put the mount directly on the pad.
Accommodates Even The Largest Antennas
Capable of supporting antennas up to 5 meters in diameter, our mounts are suitable for a wide range of applications and equipment sizes. With the added strength provided by Baird's products, customers will often chose to mount additional equipment on the mount like solar panels and enclosures.
Variable Mount Mast Sizes
With masts ranging from 1.9" OD to 10.75" OD, our mounts provide flexibility and adaptability for various installation needs, including different antennas and site conditions.
Baird Non-Penetrating Roof Mounts are not just about protecting your infrastructure; they're about providing a reliable, versatile, and durable solution for mounting essential equipment. Available for both domestic and international shipping, choose Baird for a mounting solution that stands above the rest in quality and innovation. |---|---|---|---|---|
COMPACT — ANTENNAS, CAMERAS & WIRELESS |
34"×40" |
Up to 1.0m |
2.5'–10' |
Small satellite dishes, wireless antennas, security cameras, and measurement equipment. Best where a minimal roof footprint is the priority. |
48"×48" |
Up to 1.2m |
2.5'–10' |
Step up from the B3 when you need more ballast area — high-wind zones, coastal sites, or where roof PSF loading needs to be distributed over a wider base. |
6'×6' |
Up to 1.2m |
3'–15' |
The tallest standard NPRM in this antenna class. Choose when height above roofline obstructions is needed — clearance over HVAC, parapets, or adjacent structures. Also suited to higher-wind environments requiring a larger base. |
Varies |
Camera only |
3'–30' |
Non-penetrating mounts for security cameras, CCTV, and construction monitoring. Includes roof edge mounts, corner mounts, and freestanding 20'/30' pole mounts. See the full Camera Mounts section for the complete range. |
MID-RANGE — LARGER SATELLITE & MICROWAVE |
10'×10' |
Up to 1.8m |
4'–10' |
Bridges the gap between compact mounts and the PL series. Ideal for 1.8m satellite dishes, microwave backhaul antennas, and large wireless systems where the B4-series footprint is insufficient. |
10'×10' |
1.8m Ka-Band |
4'–10' |
Ka-Band variant of the B6-116. Enhanced bracing and a 5.56" OD mast deliver the pointing stability and rigidity required for Ka-Band satellite antenna operational performance. |
Varies |
2.4m |
— |
Specialty mount for 2.4m satellite antennas at low elevation angles. Dropped-leg design enables the dish to achieve shallow southern-horizon look angles. Compatible with CPI SAT/Prodelin 1251 & 1244, and Global Skyware 243. |
LARGE COMMERCIAL — 3.1M–3.8M SATELLITE |
1–3 Trays |
Up to 3.1m |
Varies |
Heavy-duty platform for large satellite dishes, microwave antennas, and wireless backhaul. Choose 1, 2, or 3 tray configuration to match wind load requirements at your site. |
1–3 Trays |
2.4m Ka-Band |
Varies |
Ka-Band validated version of the PL-2. Structurally tested for 2.4m Ka-Band antenna operational requirements — enhanced pointing stability and vibration tolerance beyond the standard PL-2 specification. |
3–4 Trays |
